We got up a bit earlier than usual this morning. Beautiful sunrise across our pond.

House Construction

Getting on with the house. Seems to preoccupy nearly all of our time. Except for our aquaponics system.  That as a project is also coming on well. Check my link. siam-aquaponics

Was going to have a sort of boring colour but thought lime green suitable. Fits in really well.

Country Scene

Saw these beautiful animals haves a little cool down. Water Buffalo. Wonderful.

Jetty lighting

Spent the whole day adding lights and power to our jetty. Steve came over to do the main work. In fact he really did it all. Kredo our neighbour and I helps pulling cables etc but not a great deal else.... During all this hte dogs wandered about showing very little interest except to find the most inconvenient places to lay down. Still in spite of their efforts to get in the way we got the job done.  Lights and power sockets should get commissioned tomorrow.

End Of 2012 And Beginning Of 2013

We had our party.  Went very well. Local tradition is everyone brings a small present and they all get raffled off. Lots of fun. Also everyone helped with the lighting, music and food. Wonderful get together. We also had lanterns and fireworks. I missed the fireworks , went to bed early...
